We aim to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible and normally dispatch it within 24h, during sales periods we kindly ask you to expect longer handling times. After your order’s dispatched you will be sent an automated email confirming the dispatch including your tracking number.

Please note that we process your orders Monday to Friday only. If you order between Friday and Sunday we can only dispatch your order the Monday after. If you place an order on a Danish public holiday, your order will be processed the following business day.
