You have the option to arrange a return shipment yourself through any postal courier within 14 days. In this case, you will be responsible for the full cost of returning the parcel and the products will be your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. We recommend you use a carrier that offers traceable shipping and to note your tracking number to be able to follow your return. Please note that in the case of damage or loss of any items sent with a carrier that isn’t the one we collaborate with, we cannot offer any help or compensation.
Please make sure to fill out the Return Form at the bottom of the Delivery Note enclosed with your order. Please enclose it with your products in order for us to process your refund correctly.
