HOW TO RETURN
Should you wish to return your order, please do so within 14 days by following these steps:
- Pick all items you wish to return – ideally into the original parcel provided.
- Please fill out the return form, tear it off and include it in the package. Including the form helps us to process your refund faster.
- Please write an email to customercare@bymalenebirger.com with the following information and we will help you with the preparation of a proforma invoice for the customs clearance:
- Which items would you like to return
- The tracking number of the return label
- All you need to do in order to return is to print 3 pcs. of the proforma invoice., attach them to the package (1 inside the package, tape 1 on the outside of the package and 1 separate for UPS) and deliver it to UPS. Attach the prepaid return label to your parcel. The return label contains the return address and tracking number.
- Book a pickup by contacting your local UPS office. Alternatively, you can return your parcel to your nearest Access Point. You can find tracking information at www.ups.com.
We recommend that you obtain proof of postage (receipt) when returning goods to us.
