Shipping
All orders will be shipped from our central warehouse in Denmark.
We aim to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible and normally dispatch it within 24h, during sales periods we kindly ask you to expect longer handling times.
Please note that we process your orders Monday to Friday only. If you order between Friday and Sunday we can only dispatch your order the Monday after. If you place an order on a Danish public holiday, your order will be processed the following business day.
We ship to home and office addresses only – not to P.O. boxes. Please take note that the country the order was placed in and the country in the address have to match. We reserve the right to cancel any orders with incorrect address information.

Change of shipping address and country
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your address. We are only able to change your address for a very brief period after you have placed your order. In the case, the processing of your order has gone too far for us to change your address we can assist you by reaching out to the carrier delivering your package. An address change might result in a delivery delay of up to 48h. Please note that we can only arrange for address changes in the same country.
As we deliver to different countries, we have a country-specific webshop for all the markets we serve as prices, currency, VAT, stock availability etc. can vary. Therefore, during checkout, the country cannot be changed. To change your country, leave the checkout section and return to shopping. In the left upper corner, click on the country and update it by picking your location and language in the drop-down menu. If you can’t find your country we are, unfortunately, not shipping to your country.
Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. If you have lost this e-mail you can also sign in to your account and view your order and your tracking number at → Account → Orders.
If you do not have an account or a shipping confirmation, please contact us for further details regarding your order status.
Cancellations and changes to an order
Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes to your order once you have placed it as each order is processed automatically. We, therefore, recommend you review all details thoroughly before clicking on ‘Order& Pay’.
If you would like to purchase additional items, please place a new order.
Also, cancellations are only possible within a short period of time after you have placed your order as we process all orders quickly in order to minimize the delivery time.
It is however not possible to cancel your order if you have already received a shipping confirmation which states that your order has been shipped.
