Newsletter
In the By Malene Birger newsletter, you will always be informed first about new collections, offers and sales, and events near you. You can subscribe here.
If you already are subscribed and wish to unsubscribe, please click the 'Unsubscribe' button at the bottom of a newsletter or click here.
If you are a member with an active account, you will still receive selected emails, however if you want to unsubscribe from all communication, please delete your account by logging into it. Visit 'My details' and scroll down to the bottom of the page. You can then click on 'Delete' and 'Confirm' You will then no longer receive any communication from us and your personal details are irrevocably deleted. Your order history, however, will still be saved in our database.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you do not need to have an account or be signed up as a member to place an order. However, we do recommend you sign up to always be notified about offers and new collections first, have access to your order history and other exclusive member benefits.

I can't find my old orders in my account
Due to website updates, you will not be able to find old orders in your account that are placed before the 27th of February 2024. If you wish to find information on any previous orders before this date, we kindly ask you to contact our customer care.
Are the items in my cart reserved for me?
Items you place in your cart are not reserved for you and can be purchased by other customers in the meantime. In the case you are having troubles ordering an item in your cart, the item might have already sold out. We then recommend you clear your browser’s cookies.
How do I use my promotion code?
To use your promotion code, please enter it during checkout and click 'Apply’' You can enter your voucher right in the 'Order summary' by clicking on '+ Add coupon'. Please note that all promotion codes are case-sensitive.
I forgot my password what can I do?
In case you forgot your password, please visit the login page and click on 'Forgot password?’' You can then enter your email address to reset your password. An email to update your password will be sent to the provided email address. Should you still have troubles logging in, please get in touch with our Customer Service.

What are your GDPR compliance rules?
If you wish to delete your account along with your personal information, please login to your account, go to “My Details” section and “Delete Account”. Please note, this will permanently erase your personal information and we will not be able to reinstate your account.
If you wish to receive a copy of your personal data that we have on our records, you can make a request via the contact us page. Once we receive your request, we will send the data to you via e-mail within seven days.
