All prices are quoted in local currencies. Should you wish to change the country, please use the country selector at the top of the web page. Your delivery address will decide which currency you will be charged in.

PAYMENT PROCESSING
If you place your order with a credit card, the payment will be deducted from your bank account when your order and data have been verified and your ordered products leave our stock for delivery.
If you place your order using Paypal or a debit card, the payment will be deducted from your bank account when your order has been placed.
If you place your order with Klarna the payment will be deducted from your bank account once you have paid the invoice.
Please note that your billing address must be entered exactly as it appears on your bank statement.
How do I use my promotion code?
To use your promotion code, please enter it during checkout and click 'Apply’' You can enter your voucher right in the 'Order summary' by clicking on '+ Add coupon'. Please note that all promotion codes are case-sensitive.

By Malene Birger cooperates with many dealers, both online and in stores. Pricing and discounts are subject of each individual dealer. By Malene Birger does, therefore, not match any prices with dealers.
Taxes and Duties
All prices displayed on bymalenebirger.com are including VAT. The price you see is the price you pay and no fees or duties will be added, exclusive of possible shipping costs.
For each order, we attach an invoice to your shipping confirmation as a PDF attachment. Please note that no details can be modified on your invoice once you have received your order confirmation.
I can't place an order – what am I doing wrong?
If you’re having problems placing an order, double check that all your information is filled in correctly and that you meet the requirements for the payment option you choose.

Why did you charge me twice?
We guarantee that your credit card or bank account will only be charged once. It might occur that, on your bank statement, the authorization request through our Payment Provider System shows alongside the actual withdrawal of your payment.
When will you charge my account/card?
By Malene Birger will only charge your bank account or credit card once your order has been dispatched. We do, however, upon the receipt of your order, verify the validity of your payment details and make an authorization request through our Payment Provider System to confirm the availability of funds which might show as a withdrawal on your bank statement.
In the case you are paying for your order with PayPal, a withdrawal from your PayPal account will be instant.
How long does it take for me to get a refund?
We aim to process a refund within 3 days of receiving your parcel and send you an e-mail to let you know we have received and processed it. After you have received the e-mail, please allow another 5-10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. The amount of time this takes will depend on which bank or card issuer you have.
