I have received a wrong/faulty item
In the case we have sent you an item different from the one you ordered or received a product with a flaw, we apologize and kindly ask you to submit a claim as soon as you notice the error so we can try and help you with a solution.
You may also choose to keep the product and ask for a price reduction. In that case, please provide us with some photos of the flaw so we can offer an adequate reduction. Please note that products that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Also, please observe that you are responsible for checking your order once you have received it to see if any inconsistencies occurred.
How do I submit a claim?
To submit a claim, kindly navigate to our return portal here.
- Fill in the e-mail used to place the order and the order number for the order you wish to claim.
- Select the item(s) you wish to claim and continue to add details and photos for your claimed item(s). Continue to confirm the claim of your order.
- An e-mail confirming the claim case will be sent to your e-mail. Our Customer Care team will then review your case and revert to you within 3-5 business days.
